Waiver and Release of Liability for Raising with Sukoon at Betty Stradling Park (the “Event”): This Waiver is entered into on this 26th day of July, 2026, by and between Sukoon Soflo Inc. (doing business as “Sukoon Event” / “Sukoon Soflo”), a Florida non-profit corporation, and the undersigned participant and their kids (“Participant”). 1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that participating in the Event involves physical activity, and there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, personal injury, or even more serious harm. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including negligence by other participants or the organizers. 2. Release and Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sukoon Soflo Inc., its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, instructors, sponsors, affiliated entities, and their successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action (including but not limited to negligence) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event. 3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my acts or omissions in connection with the Event. 4. Medical Condition / Physical Fitness. I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical or other conditions that would prevent or limit my full participation in the Event. I agree to follow all instructions given by the instructors or organizers. If at any time I feel unsafe or unwell, I will immediately discontinue participation and inform the instructor. 5. Emergency Medical Treatment. In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties or their agents to secure medical care for me, and I agree to be responsible for all costs incurred for such care. 6. Photograph & Media Release. I grant permission to the Released Parties to use my image, likeness, voice, or statements in photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Event for promotion or any lawful purpose, without compensation. 7. Governing Law / Severability. This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 8. Acknowledgment of Understanding. I have read this Waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement or duress. I intend for this to be a complete release of liability to the maximum extent allowed by law.
